WE’RE NOT JUST ANOTHER BRAND
Sustainability drives every decision we make at AWDis. We’re constantly exploring innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint—without compromising on quality or performance.
We’re a fully integrated business with direct control over our manufacturing process. Unlike many others who rely on third-party suppliers, we own our own mill which means we’re in charge of how our products are made from start to finish. This gives us full control over quality, efficiency, and ethical manufacturing, ensuring that every garment meets our high standards.
By cutting out the middleman, we maintain product consistency, enhance our sustainability efforts, and guarantee fair working conditions for everyone involved. Owning our mill also means we can innovate faster, manage our supply chain more effectively, and keep costs down—allowing us to deliver high-quality blank apparel with flexibility and reliability. Whether it’s responding quickly to market trends, maintaining ethical transparency, or ensuring long-term stability, we’re committed to doing things the right way.
RESPONSIBILITY WOVEN INTO EVERY STITCH
Our commitment to a greener, more responsible apparel industry is woven into everything we do
We embrace the latest innovations in sustainable fabric technology and eco-conscious manufacturing processes to create high-quality, high-performance products that are crafted with integrity. From responsibly sourced materials to energy-efficient production methods, every step of our journey is guided by a commitment to a greener future.
We partner only with factories that meet our strict ethical and environmental standards. Our suppliers must excel in human resource management, safety, sustainability, and legal compliance. By maintaining these high standards, we ensure our products are made responsibly, supporting a more ethical and sustainable apparel industry.

Packaged with purpose
From 2023 over 80% of our garments has been packaged entirely plastic-free. The remaining light-colored garments will be carefully packed in certified compostable blister bags, ensuring we uphold our commitment to sustainability without compromising on quality or safety.
The urgency of the plastics crisis and the impact on our global environment is now more critical than ever before. Our production has eliminated all single use plastics and sacks. Fabric bales are delivered and stored in reusable sacks saving $250k per year.
REDUCING WATER USAGE
Ensuring they use the latest technologies, our production has reduced water consumption during the dyeing and finishing process by over 50% per garment. This not only lessens our environmental impact but also sets a new benchmark for sustainable manufacturing in the industry.
Any excess water is processed through a state-of-the-art effluent water treatment plant before being released in a sustainable manner, ensuring minimal harm to the environment and local ecosystems
WATER TREATMENT
Water treatment during fabric dyeing and production is a priority in our commitment to responsible manufacturing. The process uses significant amounts of water, creating toxic wastewater, or effluent, which can harm the environment if left untreated. To address this, we’ve invested in advanced treatment systems that purify wastewater to strict environmental standards, ensuring it can be safely released and reducing our overall environmental impact.
