Where  this is the case, third parties will be required to have contractual arrangements with their  sub-processor(s) that ensure your information is kept secure and not used for their own  purposes. 

6. How long do we keep your information? 

6.1. We will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as you consent to us doing so,  and for as long as it is in AWDis’ legitimate interest to do so, or for as long as is necessary to  comply with our legal obligations. We will review your personal data every year to establish  whether we are still entitled to process it. If we decide that we are not entitled to do so, we  will stop processing your personal data except that we that we will retain your personal  data in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations e.g.  compliance with tax requirements and exemptions, and the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

7.1. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent  unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and  managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  

8. How we use cookies 

8.1. We use Google ReCAPTCHA to help us determine whether a user is a human and not a bot.  First, the ReCAPTCHA algorithm will check to see if there’s a Google cookie placed on the  computer being used. Then, an additional ReCAPTCHA-specific cookie will be added to the  user’s browser, and a complete snapshot of the user’s browser window at that moment in  time will be captured, pixel by pixel. 

Some of the browser and user information collected at this time includes: 

• All cookies placed by Google over the last 6 months, 

• How many mouse clicks you’ve made on that screen (or touches if on a touch device),

• The CSS information for that page, 

• The date, 

• The language your browser is set to, 

• Any plug-ins you have installed on the browser, and
